We always try to see our patients at their allocated time. If you have been waiting more than 15 minutes without an explanation, please inform a member of the reception team.
Upon arranging an appointment, you are reserving clinical time exclusively for you. If you have to cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, otherwise a charge may apply. We provide a courtesy text message reminder service. Texts will be sent prior to your appointment to remind you when you are due for your appointment.
